I'm looking for a box I can plug my xm radio into and my gps so I can hear directions over the xm while using earbuds. I think an autocom can do this but I'm looking for simple, small and inexpensive. I don't need to add intercom, radar detector, phone or anything else.

 

Any ideas?

What Whip said, plus, if you are doing GPS, get the Mixit2 - no damn isolation cables required, we love ours.
