 When I got mine home, I plugged in the pin, set the bike on DynamicPro and began riding like I stole it........i believe that complies with varying speeds

That's pretty much how I break mine in to include leaving the cruise control off for a couple of hundred miles.  Never had a BMW that burned oil with that procedure.
