Where's the dark theme?.......

So I get into work this morning and as part of my morning ritual, I open a few personal websites, this being one.  Every now and then, I have to re-log on, which is no biggie, as part of my settings, I have the dark them, but this morning, the dark theme is not available.  What happened?  Am I missing something?

I don't use the dark but I'm only getting the same two choices here also.  Light Grey or BMWST default, which looks the same as the light grey to me.
