ltljohn
Wish I was closer, 908 miles is a bit far for a day ride. I could take a detour and make it an Iron butt. Just dreamin' I live my winter through the southern crew's ride tales. 6 Link to comment

wbw6cos
It was shining in front of the nice Mars Red Metallic 1250 RT. Just sayin' The food was GREAT! Good crowd of attendees, too. Link to comment
terryofperry
Long, hard ride home.........all 18 miles of it.......I should be ashamed....... But I'm not, the food was sooooo good. Since it was so close to the house I slept in... Actually I rode south for a bit to give Bernie some company on his ride in. Surprisingly, Bernie was already there and.....wait for it......drinking a cup of coffee.... From there Bernie had a convoluted path north eventually arriving at our destination. Excellent turnout: And Mike, please tell DyAnne we miss her and wish her a speedy recovery. And the food, Oh My! To everyone's surprise I had a light lunch. Joel & Ken going through the line. Keith from Dacula, GA We did eat well. Always a pleasure to see folks from Tallahassee way, thanks for riding up guys. Ron, I'll tell Keeter and Dewey you said hi next time I see them. The aftermath. Jerry had a few east coast riders join us, always welcome. Gosh I really like my new to me Little Blue Bike. A great day to have a meal with wonderful people, could not ask for more. Speaking of Mars Red, while you guys were out riding and keeping the spirit alive for us Northern riders, I happened to score this Hold Your Fire Red treasure, signed by the man himself - who also has an exhibit of his work. Hey - If I can't be riding, I need to use my spare time productively! 5 1 Link to comment
