Low RT conversion to Standard

I notice a lot of used R1200RT Camhead Low Suspension models for sale at attractive prices.  What exactly needs to be changed to make them standard height?  If just the saddle, shocks/springs, and kickstand, I commonly change out the first two anyway.

Since most low models came with the 1 piece low seat, You will need font and rear seats and seat mounts, front & rear shocks, side stand and center stand.  You will not have ESA suspension and probably not a radio. Cheaper to just buy a standard height model.
