Christo
Greetings, Went to install my front wheel after a new tire, and noticed the 'bush' as BMW calls is was kind of loose. Maybe a 32nd all around. Seems like water and debris could make its way into the bearing with that kind of clearance. Please see video for demo. Is this right?? Thanks in advance! YouCut_20190907_195151768[1].mp4 Morning Christo Seems normal, put the axle through it as that should center it & restrain it, then once the axle is tightened & clamps it all together it should be tight. That is basically a debris excluder as the bearing seal is built into the bearing. 2 Link to comment
Lowndes
That thing just keeps the gravel and sticks out. Link to comment
Christo
Thank you DR and Lowndes for responding! I'll reinstall it and not worry about it now. Link to comment
