C'mon, there's only 4 actual cords showing, you can do better!  I believe I may have witnessed better down on the Blue Ridge. 

 

Seriously though, good info for the less brave. I've got nervous on a run home one time when the center of my tire was close ( not even close to that) to showing a cord.
