Started using GB a few years ago to find lowest price on diesel fuel in the hood.  Then, joined Pay with GB.  Essentially, you register; they send a card to use at fuel pumps (fuel pumps only). You create a 4-digit pin.  Use it like a credit card at the pump and supply your PIN.  When used, the payment comes directly from your checking account like a debit card and you get 5 cents off per gallon.  Doesn't sound like much, but, like compounding, it all adds up, especially if you have a couple of vehicles and/or drive a lot of miles.
