ABS light removal

I have a '92 k75s with ABS. The ABS has never functioned since I got it in '12. The ABS light has been blinking all this time; the PO put a couple pieces of elec tape over the light position on the dash. Since I'm doing maintainance for the winter, I've pulled the instrument cluster and removed the light bulb. The PO already removed th warning light relay (to no effect, I guess).

 

My question is: is this going to affect anything else? I'm thinking specifically of the brake light.
