TestPilot Posted August 23, 2018 Share Posted August 23, 2018 It's the battery charging warning light, indicating the battery isn't receiving sufficient charging current. In most motorcycles, the light would be on when you first turn on the ignition key but haven't yet started. For whatever reason (maybe just to be different), BMW inhibits the light during and after start. Link to comment
Twinsig Posted August 23, 2018 Author Share Posted August 23, 2018 The bike is s rental, I'm not familiar with this model. Just hoping it's normal and not a dying battery. To be clear, it's the battery icon on the LCD display, but it may be the "light" you are referring to. Thanks. Link to comment
