Motorweek Reviewed a K1200

I was flipping channels last night and came across Motorweek on Velocity. Normally that show is on PBS but I guess they are also on other channels now. In any case, I was watching and they actually reviewed a K1200 bike. I have only ever seen them review cars, SUVs, etc but never a bike before. I just tried to find a video of it and it was not available on a quick search but it was a new K bike built for sport touring and had a lowered rear end making it look more like a cruiser than a K. I was so taken back by the fact that they reviewed a bike I had to post.

Also a good one

on pocket bikes. :)

Now that looks fun but don't think I could bend like that anymore...without force. :P Groms on the other hand! :revit::thumbsup:

Yes Pat, that is the review I saw. Not that I am thrilled and want that bike, it was just amazing to me that they reviewed bikes.

From the LINK posted above:

"Most MotorWeek viewers know BMW as the builder of some of the world's finest automobiles."

Sure, BMW makes nice cars... but the "world's finest" is a bit of an overstatement.

Ok, MW could be more specific in their phrase "builder of some of the world's finest automobiles" phrase. Compared to what? Chevrolet? Ferrari? Are they talking custom-built or mass-produced factory cars?

BMW does own/"build" Rolls Royce, which is a fairly "fine automobile." The BMW Alpina B7 is pretty amazing.

I'd say the M4 and the M240i are up there among the world's finest mass-produced cars.
