Danny caddyshack Noonan Posted June 20, 2018 Share Posted June 20, 2018 I've had mine for close to 6 years.....pre ball-joint version. They haven't corrected a design omission though. There is a forward facing gap that allows grit into the detent ball. I returned mine for a repair when the ball locked up. I cleaned them, lubed them and then glued a rubber flap over that forward facing joint to keep it clean. Haven't had a problem since. Link to comment
