Three ways to lift a bike

That is very interesting, to be filed away for future (hopefully unneeded). I watched a 110-pound woman nicknamed Skert do many of these demos, and her first rule for lifting a fallen bike is to ask for help.

I would also add that a velcro tie strap should be in everybody's toolkit. With it, you can strap the front brake to the throttle grip, avoiding any wheel movement.

Put your "Hold my beer and watch this" videos here!

This guy skipped the " hold my beer " part but heck, he kind of pulled it off. :dontknow:

Interesting alternatives to the back into bike lift.

I would add that to take a minute to be sure you are not damaged and to let the adrenaline rush fade. In the minute or so after a tip over , or a get off, adrenaline will mask an injury and have you snatch your ride up fast maybe causing additional injury. I have experienced this rush every time with my street bike tip overs and get offs, but not so much when dirt bike riding where you just know a horizontal bike is likely to happen.
