Afternoon:

I lowered the suspension of my R1200R with Hyperpro Shocks and would like to replace the Sidestand to the shorter version. Unfortunately, the Parts Fiche is a bit confusing as to which p/n is the short stand. Do any of you happen to know the part number?

TIA

Chris

You will need a shorter center stand, also.

I can't help you with the part number.

I chose to cut them both shorter and then

weld them back and have them powder coated.

Am not sure if it is cheaper, but worked for me.

My BMW parts book shows --

FOR VEHICLES WITH LOWERING (CODE: X499A) :

P/N-- 46527716564 SIDE STAND (1ea) $190.63

You can probably have yours shortened for way less that $190.00

Thanks D.R. for the number. I ordered one from Bob's. They had a 15% off 'deal'.

Fortunately, I am still 'beefy' enough to muscle the bike up onto the Center Stand. I may need to sort one someday ;0).

I appreciate the insights!
