tsp
Has anybody wired the D2 LED lights directly to 12V and bypassed their controller that does the half and full power by using a trigger wire that is normally connected to the high beam? The D2 lights have 3 wires but I think one is +12V and another ground with the third being the half power control. Eliminating the controller will really clean up things and I can use a 3rd party unit to control brightness levels. And if you know, which two wires are +12V and ground? TIA, tsp Link to comment
JR356
Look at the Hex EzCan,direct plug in to your system and will allow control of lights with wonderwheel. At least one other forum member has used them and I'm waiting for mine to arrive to control my D4's. JR356 Link to comment
tsp
I have the ezcan. My question is how do I wire the lights? They have 3 wires. tsp Link to comment
JR356
Just received my EZCan today,so have not installed it yet. From my search, you just need to use the power and ground wires, the third wire is not used. JR356 Link to comment
Great_Kubuki
Did you buy them from Twisted Throttle by chance? They tend to be real helpful. -Miles Link to comment
