mitchntx
I have access to a snap-on spin balancer, but need the gear (cones?) to adapt it to the BMW rim. Can someone point me to where I might bu a pair? Link to comment
kioolt
I'm not sure what type of cones the Snap On uses. Look here. http://www.nomartirechanger.com/category_s/38.htm Link to comment
Tri750
Or look at the K&L catalog online to make sure the ID will fit . K&L has a full selection of the adapters for about all the BMW's. http://www.klsupply.com/2016ProductCatalog/2016KLCatalog.aspx No, they won't be just a few dollars. Maybe Marc Parnes would make you some up with your machines spindle size. His items are reasonable . http://www.marcparnes.com/BMW_Motorcycle_Wheel_Balancer.htm Edited October 31, 2016 by Tri750 Link to comment

Can someone point me to where I might bu a pair? Morning Mitchntx First you need to get the model number of the Snap-On balancer & possibly the balancer shaft diameter (not all Snap-On balancers will handle motorcycle wheels). Then call Snap-On & tell them what adapters you are looking for (size wise) & give them the balancer model number & possibly the shaft diameter. (they should be able to help you out) Or use the live chat at Snap-On if you don't want to call them. Snap-on __click here Link to comment
mitchntx
Thanks DR. Exploring possibilities other than Snap-On because Snap-On is crazy expensive for simple turned delrin cones ... not unlike BMW OEM parts. Must be super pricey to etch Snap-On or BMW onto stuff.
