Burt
I can't believe I did this, but I brought a new bike home today. I sold my bike in April, and was going to quit riding. That didn't last long. I really regretted not be able to go to the UN in July. I had intended to ride in Colorado with Whip and crew, and then head for Montana. I decided to get another bike a week or so ago. Our local dealership didn't have any GSAs in stock. The owner of our local dealership had gone to Florida to pick up a couple bikes of a new line he is going to sell (Motus). The Motus bikes are really cool. V4 with 180 hp. Anyway, on the way back from Florida, he stopped at the dealership in Nashville. They had several 2016 GSAs in stock, and he brought one back with him. They put it on the floor Tuesday morning just before I walked in, and I bought it. I brought it home today. I actually went in to the dealership to price and possibly order a 2017 GSA, but the 2016 was considerably less. He gave me a good deal on it. I ordered all three BMW cases for it. They should be in next week. I guess that means I can START next April. 4P8A0074 by bej1150, on Flickr 4P8A0071 by bej1150, on Flickr Link to comment
TEWKS
Good looking ride, Burt! The GSA is becoming a pretty popular choice around here. Pat Link to comment
Burt
Thanks. The bike I sold in April was a regular GS. It was a nice bike, but I wanted a bigger gas tank and more wind protection, Link to comment
TEWKS
That was my thought also, an RT with attitude. I got a call today actually, the bike I've been asking about for months is at the dealership. I have a case of cold feet, today. Pat Link to comment
Burt
I know the feeling. I looked at the bike on Tuesday, but didn't commit until yesterday. Link to comment

mickeym3
FWIW as much as I liked my RTW the GSAW ticked off even more of my boxes. RT has superior weather protection but that's the only advantage I can think of...like the blue Burt; make sure you get the NAV V to add a bit more icing to the cake. Link to comment

You can't see it in the photo, but the GPS is on there. The 2610 I have is really outdated. Link to comment
