Bud
The good news? State Farm has agreed to remove the charge to my insurance from the accident with the trailer without brakes. They are going to pursue reimbursement from the trailer mfg as the brakes were improperly installed at the factory. Link to comment

mickeym3
Good to hear Bud. I've had years of very good success with State Farm, none of the claims my fault and they always fought tooth and nail in my interest, including going to court twice. Granted, like all of them, they will steadily jack your rates but if you talk to good auto body shops who deal with insurance every day they will tell you who the good ones are. Link to comment
