Whip Posted December 28, 2015 Share Posted December 28, 2015 About 70 miles from the resort over one of the most spectacular passes in America you will find Mrs Whip's favorite place in the world. We have all heard about the traffic in Yellowstone and the slow travel times. I feel like I can never spend enough time in Yellowstone so going slower has never been a problem for me. Plan for extra time and bring your camera...it is an AMAZING place. Not technically part of Yellowstone but the Tetons are close enough. Yup, you too can get up close and personal with the power of mother nature. Link to comment

I still think the Tetons are in ways more spectacular. I am thinking about taking a day and riding from the lodge to Jackson Hole, but the maps sure don't want to cooperate.
