Granted he is passing on the double yellow and from what I see he could be in better gear. No excuse for the action of the driver of the car. I hope to see this guy at minimum lose his license but I think he should be prosecuted. Hope the passenger recovers. Driver swerves in to passing motorcycle Link to comment

Im just totally shocked that someone could do that to another human. I lost a little bit of faith in mankind after watching it. To add to the sadness of it all, lots of people say the rider "deserved" it. We really are in the first stages of devolution. Link to comment
