Removing and replacing valve cover bolt

Hi all, Finally getting around to addressing my oil leak. Since some of it might be seeping through one of the valve cover bolts, I figured I may as well replace the bushing.

 

Is it a bad idea to remove and replace just one bolt/bushing? (Actually plan to re-use bolt, but swap out old bushing for new). Is it better to remove all 4 bolts, replace bushings, and torque all 4 in the usual criss-cross pattern?

 

Kind of silly, but I may as well ask.

You can remove just the one bolt/seal without any side issues as long as the bolt will come out of the cover without using undue force.

 

If the bolt doesn't want to come out without a lot of force then I recommend removing the cover.
