Mainuh
Does anyone have a good source for front fender ext/flap for the R1200RTs? I've been looking as well... Found this set for $4.99 at J.C. Whitney Just ordered one for my bike and one for my buddie's RT. I already have the rear flap and this comes with both but not sure the rear would work, but at $4.99 for both, I'll use one for the front and throw the other away if I can't use it. This should protect the front pipe and alternator cover a bit better than the stock fender. Will probably cost you about $10 total with shipping. Link to comment
MaxG
Wunderlich makes a front fender extension. You can download their catalog from the BMW of Santa Cruz web site. However, I didn't find the extension listed in the BMWSC online store. I'm sure that if BMWSC doesn't have it, then you can get it from another dealer that carries Wunderlich products. jackflash
Does anyone have a good source for front fender ext/flap for the R1200RTs? I received a Wunderlich earlier in the week and it looks too short to do any good. I also have one coming from Nippy Norman's due in about a week. When it comes in, I will compare the two and make a decision on which one will seem to work the best. Link to comment
Limecreek
I've used an LT mudgard on my 1150RT and my 1200GT, and it worked perfectly and looked stock. Will it not work on the new R1200Rt? Link to comment
