Danny caddyshack Noonan
+1 to this product. Very inexpensive lamp compared to others, small, easily installed and powerful. Bullet lamp page I just installed these on Touratech lamp mounts for a R12RT and they are pretty amazing for a tiny lamp. Taking a relay closure signal off of the high beam wire and not throwing any CANBUS codes either. Link to comment
Matts_12GS
Just ordered some of those. For the money I find that hard to beat! Link to comment
Quinn
Are these driving lights and if so, what pattern do they throw out? Also, I see that they are out of stock on the kits, so did you have to find your own 12vdc relay and wiring? ------ Link to comment
Matts_12GS
Quinn, a relay and wiring to do this would cost about $5-10 do it yourself. I'll have mine after the FART, and will put up some pictures of my install. Link to comment
Danny caddyshack Noonan
You can get a relay at any auto parts store. I drive mine off of the high beam wire to the relay and out to the lamps. No switch conundrum. They throw off a 25 degree, or so, conic pattern so....driving light. There is no cut-off at all in the pattern so, unsuitable for a fog light. I use Hella Micro-DEs for that which have been converted to HID. Just got those put onto the new bike this weekend.
