Bill Dennes Posted December 28, 2005 Share Posted December 28, 2005 Here's a trick I stumbled onto: When it's time to slide that big black plastic tube back over the throttle body's intake side, use the same 7mm wrench you used on the plastic tube's clamps to loosen the clamp between the throttle body and the cylinder. This allows the throttle body to change its angle just enough that the plastic tube will slip right over the o-ring with no fancy moves required. Don't forget to tighten all three clamps when you're done. Link to comment
