BMW Rider needs HELP

There is a rider in Iowa that has bike problems. He is Japanese and has no tools to fix his borrowed bike. His name is Ryota Yamada and he is riding a 1996 BMW R850R. He is safe at a friend of a friend's house in Council Bluffs Iowa, 51503.
