Recommendations for CATSKILLS (NY) Route?

I have an event I'm attending in September for my martial arts school. It centers around the Claryville, NY area and I've been through the Catskills before - prime riding country!

 

I'm not overly familiar with it in that area, though. Can anyone recommend a nice backroads route? I plan to leave from Bear Mountain State Park and make my way up to Claryville for what is hopefully an enjoyable ride.

 

Any advice appreciated.

If frost valley rd, Co road 47, is repaired from the storm damage last year, it's a fun rd. the road is just north of Claryville and goes over into Big Indian.
