Friday night, 8/10, east of Minneapolis/St. Paul: up for dinner?

A week from tomorrow, I will repeat my 2010 "Dances With Cows" tour of southwestern Wisconsin. My fun route for Friday, August 10, will end late that afternoon in Ellsworth, Wisconsin, not far from the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Ideally, my hotel won't be far from there (probably Hudson), but if anyone is up for dinner at their favorite local restaurant that evening, I'd be happy to ride well west of the St. Croix river to join you.
