Left turn signal switch disassembly

I think I have a bad connection on my 2005 R1200rt, bulbs are good, flashers are working, left turn signal switch is not. How does one get to it? I am convinced maybe some dielectric grease would solve my issue. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Its a little micro switch, they go after a while - BMW will want to charge you an obscene amount of money for the whole thing. Or, if you're handy with a soldering iron you can bodge a new one in :-)

Very tight and a bit fiddly but very do-able!
