Pushrod Felt and Pushrod Lube

Hi Folks, Hopefully successful clutch replacement and spline lube. The splines on my 1150rt were perfect and still had a nice coat of grease at 46k.

 

I hope I didn't mess up on something. I put the tranny in with the idea of putting the clutch pushrod in with the new slave cylinder. The felt is loosey goosey and bunches up at the entrance to the tranny. Can I put a little glue on it to keep it on. Also, do you lube either end of the clutch pushrod.

Lube the felt with anything handy. I usually put lube on each end of the push rod, but doubt it's necessary.
