I have thought of painting my luggage too but some say they scuff too easily when painted. I guess that depends on the paint finish though. Anyway, nice job. Link to comment
Paul Mihalka Posted December 22, 2005 Share Posted December 22, 2005 I like my painted bag lids too. I don't paint the inner half of the bags and have not seen that before. I find that the painted lids scuff less than the original somewhat rough black lids. Boot marks leave a mark on the stock lid that is hard or impossible to remove. On the painted lids they just wipe off, or come off with polish if they are real bad. Link to comment
