Oil Filler Pipe

I have replaced them by carefully prying out with a small flat blade screwdriver from the top side. Then just push the new one back in (don't forget the new O-ring) using a scoket with a diameter that is just a fraction smaller than the OD of the filler pipe. Be careful to line up the index tab and don't tap it down so hard that it breaks off said tab.

I suspect the more appropriate shop method inovolves removing the valve cover rather than not.

Item numbers 5 & 6 (filler pipe and O-ring)

Remove the valve cover and tap it out from the underside using an appropriate sized socket. It is only held in place by an o-ring - the reason I spent out £50 (about $75) on a Wunderlich leak-proof filler.
