ncsonderman Posted June 15, 2012 Share Posted June 15, 2012 Just purchased Ohlins suspension for my 97 RT and installed the rear last night.....kind of. The Spring Preload adjuster doens't mount as the stock adjuster on the Showa. Where have you mounted yours? Link to comment

GordonB Posted June 15, 2012 Share Posted June 15, 2012 Some mount it just above the left footplate. I mounted mine just under the rider's seat where the left rear seat bumper comes to rest (underneath the stepped height adjuster. Link to comment
ncsonderman Posted June 15, 2012 Author Share Posted June 15, 2012 I am thinking of creating a cradle from high density foam and fastening it to the rear subframe with zip ties. Should work alright I guess. Saw a nice CNC set up by someone on the MOA board. Link to comment
