Huzband
Yeah, me too. Taking some breaks and rolling in around 7 would be ok with me. Of course he knows his body and I do not. From 2 am to 5 am is a bear on the mind. Praying for him to safely arrive, as we all are. Keep us posted and let him know a lot of people are following along. Terry I told him on the phone a little while ago that getting us up that early tomorrow is going to cost him. Somehow, somewhere, someway, it's gonna cost. Link to comment

Danny caddyshack Noonan
From 2 am to 5 am is a bear on the mind. Perhaps not. Those used to working midnights can usually push through that....until the sky lightens anyway is my experience. Go PHIL! Link to comment

I left my house at 4:30 Wednesday morning to catch him at the pier. There should be some kind of rule against such abuse. NICU Charity Ride Movie (Quicktime Required) or Link to comment

Glenn Reed
Congratulations Phil, Jamie and Amelia. I get the feeling this was a family effort. Good job getting him started on the left coast, Bigfish, Les and Jamie (and maybe others). Obviously the JAX crew knows how to set up a welcome, I can't even imagine what that must have looked like to Phil after two days on the road. And of course providing the rest stop in the middle, Whip and Mrs. Whip and their associated four leggers. Good job to all. Link to comment

Several people passed by asking what in the world I was looking at, so gave a good segway into telling them a quick bit about your story. I of course followed up by sending them the email link so hopefully they'd be moved to make a donation! Glad you made it safe and without troubles! Let me know when you are heading into Va and I'll meet up with you for the ride up to Sterling! I PM'd you my cell# Link to comment

Firefight911
I'm currently in Johnson City, TN. My great day of twisities was deviated a fair bit as the roads had just been drenched prior to my arrival. There was no corner strafing else I would have been soil sampling. Went the quicker way unfortunately. Tomorrow it is Sterling, VA. I'll be there a couple days. On Wednesday I have a service appointment for tires and oil st Romeny Cycles in W. Va at 9 AM if anyone is around. Glenn, Keith, et al, what's Thursday look like? I head to Wind Gap, PA and would love to grab a cup of coffee or the like if it works. Link to comment
Firefight911
If anyone has some photos, video, etc. of the landIng and any other of our gathering would you be able to send them to BigFish? He's working on something and needs all he can get from the Jacksonville side. Thanks!! Link to comment
