tomk99r11 Posted May 3, 2012 Share Posted May 3, 2012 If you are in the area of Bentonville, AR and need help with your bike, or if you are just riding in the area, I strongly recommend Bentonville BMW. These folks are great and are very trustworthy. A recent repair on my bike did not go well BUT the service mgr was trying to save me some $. Without ANY making excuses or alibi's, he immediately diagnosed what went wrong and said he would fix it. I will go out of my way to give this dealer my business whenever possible even though I live several hours away (and much nearer another dealer who is much less trustworthy). Good folks, good service, great attitude, and you can TRUST them! Link to comment
