Skywagon
I was reading on another cycle forum and came across this guy. I don't know this guy from boo so not recommending. I looked at his engine work and thought of how many times someone has asked what can we do to fix our scratched valve covers... Pictures are interesting. http://www.twtex.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69539 Link to comment
eddd
That is some pretty impressive work. Gotta wonder about the prices. Link to comment
Pat Buzzard
Powder coating is a good idea, another alternative would be a process called, "Duracoating." It is very similar. Duracoating was originally developed for the the firearms industry and is extremely resistant to high temperatures. I know a guy locally in WI that can Duracoat things for fairly cheaply.
