It’s finally time to launch the Un-Rally XI registration site! This year's Un is nestled in the Heart of the Rockies and once you get there you'll understand how Salida got its nickname!

Registration: Registration should be done on the Unrally XI page below!

http://unrally11.rallyresources.com

As in previous years you must register and pre-pay for the event before the hotel will accept a reservation. The hotel has access to the paid list and will turn you away if you have not made this payment.

The best time to call is between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. mountain time, and if you call at that time you'll most likely talk to "Tina." She's been very helpful to us during this planning process and is a truly nice person to deal with. Regardless of who answers the phone please make sure you mention the "BMWST" room rate.

The registration fees include the Thursday night dinner, an ice-cream social, and a decal.

There is information on the Hotel at the following links.

The UnRally XI volunteer team and I are really looking forward to seeing all of you there!

Ride safe!

Registered! Thanks Bob for setting all that up. It works beautifully.

Thanks to Randy and everyone for all you have done to get all the details worked out for us.

Nigel and I will be staying at a nearby hotel, that allows big dogs :)

Ditto. I'm registered along with my wife and friends of ours. I plan on making it a month-long ride to the southwest, and my wife will fly in and out of Denver. We'll be returning to some places we've been before (Ouray, Moab, Torrey, Las Vegas, Sedona) and visiting others we'll be seeing for the first time (Zion, several places in New Mexico). Eagerly looking forward to it.

All registered. I'm in the car but this sounded like something I need to do. Will be good to see some old friends from past UN's. Now, if the wife would let me buy another bike? Just saw the new GS1200 Rallye. Wow, looked great!

I'm in. How could I miss this one. Salida is just down river from my home in Buena Vista, CO. I have been somewhat disconnected from the group and I am looking forward to reuniting with friends.

Jean and I are in. I have a trip planned for White Horse, Yukon 1st week of July, so will try and get home in time to escort Jean to the UN on her Duc. Looking forward to more riding in CO.

No big dogs at the Gateway Inn? Uh-oh, I guess I'll have to hide my tail and remember not to slobber too much.

I know you're being funny Raan.

I talked to the hotel about dogs since I want to take Biff and they gave me the 50lb message, it was quite casual, they didn't seem concerned. They do have specific rooms they use for pet owners, not sure if that is a good thing or not, I suspect not.

what, this little guy?

Guess he's grown.

That's the one, now just over 50lb of solid muscle, and he has a mouth full of real teeth, Eddd will be here today to try them out on his ear...

There's always one in the bunch. I don't know if I'm not looking at the right place or if I'm missing something but I noticed that on the hotels website on their availability calander room rates for the dates of the Unrally are in the $50 range and when I look on the rally registration page it's in the $70 range. Just trying to work out our travel budget so any clarafication will be most appreciated. Thanks for everyone's hard work for putting this together and can't wait to thank them all in person.

That's the rate for people that are not with our group, would you pay more than $50 if we were there?

Nancy, I'm looking at the lodging calendar and see $53.99 per night is available on the UN dates. Add to that their listed tax and fee = $62.04 for that same room total. I haven't been able to locate the reference to $70 yet?

OK, I see the $79 listed on the UN page now. That is for a room with two queen beds, etc. The website for the hotel shows their least expensive room has only one queen bed, but they don't offer any room for that calendar quoted price of $53.99. I wonder if their calendar needs updating?

I think the point was that if you go to the UnRally website it says that our negotiated BMWST rate is $79.99, plus tax, per night, whereas if you just go to the Gateway's website it would appear that you can get a room for less than our "special" rate. I guess she's wondering why that would be.

Jacqueline and I are IN and registered!

Thanks to all the Unorganizers and support crew!

I was very worried this year, since the announcement was well past my vacation bid date, but I finagled a way to get the time off!

This will make my 9th Un in a row! (Been very lucky to go to 'em all since I joined the board...)

The rate on The Gateway Inn's site is erroneous and does not reflect the standard rate Salida visitors would pay regardless of where they book a room during the high point of their tourist season.

Additionally, the Gateway Inn UnRally rate reflects a negotiated amount that consists of many factors one of which is the guaranteeing a minumum amount of rooms by BMWST attendees.

Looking forward to meeting all.

Howdy all,

This is just a friendly reminder to all those who are interested in attending this year’s UnRally that registration will close on April 30. Rooms at The Gateway Inn & Suites are still available but the choices and accommodations are dwindling!

I'm looking forward to seeing you all there and showing off my home state!
