See my photo over there on the left? Yeah, the one with my smiling a shit-eating grin for Gleno after wringing out a 170mph ride in the land of god and honey?

Ok, look just below that and recognize that as of TODAY, you can pit pass at the BadADAM casa and literally walk to the newest BMW motorcycle dealer in the country.

Me and Kenny Robert stopped by to see what they had going on. No dancing girls or music playing but they did have 35+ of the finest products from Munich Germany outside beer, pretzels and the pork knuckle things they sell there.

So, unless life intervenes, I'm going to start a Sunday riding club there soon. Will post up some of the goodness that will ensue.

had to google for the spelling.

Schweinshaxe, pretzels and beer. If only we lived in Munich and could ride to Kloster Andechs every weekend...

And what, pray tell, would you be riding?

Well, I've got a BMW motorcycle hiding in my garage, a few skateboards, a killer bicycle and even a vespa with a sidecar.

I'll figure something out...

Not the first BMW motorcycle effort in Alhambra. Happened years ago. Didn't work out so well. Shut down after a short run.

Hopefully this new effort will be mo bettah.

It's only 5 miles from home. Can that get any easier. Maybe we'll see all y'alls mooching free donuts on Sat Mornings!

No data on the website yet but I spoke with the two Stephens running the show and they are planning to be open 7 days a week.

Alhambra seems more amenable to the v-twin fans but our location is pretty proximate to a number of BMW fans.

Well, Adam, I took a friend and visited the shop this morning. Stephen Sergi, Senior sales manager, seemed to think we were his first walk-ins.

The dealership is at the intersection of Main and Huntington Drive. Big white building that says BMW, can't miss it.

He indicated they are eager to make a good impression and are willing to sell bikes.

If you are willing in put a lien on your tax return, go see the man.

They have several bikes in stock. Ho, Ho, Ho, give yourself a Merry Christmas.

The intention is to have space available for local clubs to meet and do a function a couple times a month on Thursday evenings, movies or tech talks.

That's the place. Cannot miss it but it's a little off the main part of Alhambra.

They need to move some bikes before year end and say they are making deals. I'm not in the market for a new bike right now so I can't help them much there.

Space wise, they have a ton of it and I hope they attract some good folks.

Hmm. 14 miles from H'wood BMW to the new Alhambra dealer. There can't be many BMW dealers closer together than that.

Not that the employees at Bollywood aren't great but the neighborhood, OYE!

Alahambra is so much more civilized.

Yeah, just a bunch of heathens in them parts.

Can you post some pics of the Vespa with sidecar? I'd love to see it.
