Joel
"National LeBron James Day," a day on which celebrants were encouraged toinexplicably leave work 12 minutes early. At some point, I suppose the criticism should ease up. We're not there yet as far as I'm concerned. Link to comment

bayoubengal
I wasn't on his case until his post game comments. But since his arrogant remarks I will make note that I have the same number of NBA Championship rings as LeBron... Link to comment
Glenn Reed
The best LeBron joke I heard on Mike and Mike this morning - If LeBron wanted a ring, why didn't he just stay in Cleveland and buy one from Terrell Pryor? Link to comment

beemerman2k
OK, now, IF Lebron really is championship material? He'll take all these jokes on the chin, go back to the drawing board in the off season, reassess his approach, and dig in for the long haul. Jordan used to take it when he was laughed at for scoring 65 or so points against the Celtics, yet the Bulls lost the game (I saw that game back in '85 or so, amazing Jordan performance) and Kobe took his share of jabs, and now both of these men are above and beyond the humor. Now Lebron has the opportunity to silence us all. The question is, "will he do it?" Unless and until he does, he's a very good basketball player in my view, but not one of the greats. No way. Let him start piling up a rack of rings? I will personally induct him into the BMWST Hall of Fame Link to comment
EffBee
Best joke? Don't ask LeBron for change for a dollar. He hasn't got a fourth quarter. Link to comment
1MPH
Why didn't LeBron go to college? He doesn't like Finals. Link to comment
Ohio48
What is the difference between Lebron and a female porn star The porn star wont choke on the big one!!! Link to comment
questrider
The Internet Photoshop mill is in full overdrive. Miami Heat FAILS, Photoshop Edition http://www.complex.com/art-design/2011/06/top-25-miami-heat-photoshop-fails LeBron has brought all of this on himself with "The Decision" and all of his "not one, not two, not three..." smug, Hollywood-showboat, blowhard attitude. And he just makes it worse with all of his high-and-mighty post-finals comments regarding "[a]ll the people that were rooting on me to fail, at the end of the day they have to wake up tomorrow and have the same life that they had before they woke up today." If the Bulls had gotten to the Finals and lost to the Mavs, there wouldn't be stuff like this floating around about Derrick Rose, or Carlos Boozer for that matter. As a matter of fact, lots of players have lost the NBA Finals and never won a championship in their careers but haven't had this level of ribbing bestowed upon them. I agree with beemerman2k that only time will tell if LeBron takes this on the chin and works harder to be the legend that he is in his own mind. Link to comment
bakerzdosen
When the Miami Heat send all those already-printed-championship t-shirts to kids in third world countries, they need to make sure to attach a label warning of probable choking. Link to comment
Rinkydink
With all due respect we are talking about a World Championship. No matter the sport that takes a lot of skill, luck and determination with the planets being lined up in a favorable manner also. The only thing that gets me is all the fervor over a sport that has 7 foot tall men(making millions) dunking a round ball in a round ring 10 feet tall....I just don't get it. Put the hoop at 13/14 feet and go for it! I still wouldn't watch it though. Boring Link to comment
beemerman2k
Wait, you took time out of your day to post in here that you don't like basketball? Why?! Link to comment
Rinkydink
You can't turn on any sports based media without hearing (ad-nauseum) how LeBron choked. I thought it was a team concept. I was merely pointing out how tough it is to win a championship in any professional sport. The fact that I think basketball is a joke was merely a bonus. Oh, and I don't like syncronized swimming either... Link to comment
