Oh, sweet justice...

 

No one loves justice more than I but as much as I like the story I feel it's far from justice. The bank did nothing more than pay about $2500.00 of legal expenses..That's not justice..Justice should be something that discourages others from the same act.If the story is accurate and people acted with negligence the bank should pay a hefty fine..If people acted with malicious intent they should go to jail. Justice is served when people go to jail.. :thumbsup:

Spoken like the cop you are. Fact is, very few folks go to jail (Or better yet, prison) for financial crimes. Hitting them in the wallet would be most effective.
