17.0% of the IMF chief's Sofitel bill will be paid by your grandchildren

Per the WSJ, the US contributes ca. 17.06% of the IMF's budget; so, we paid $511.08 our grandchildren will have to repay for each night the IMF chief stayed in the Sofitel; and 17.06% of his and his staff's 1st class tickets around the world; and, 17.06% of the caviar they eat and throw away.
