hellmutt
My son was home for the weekend and stayed Monday while I was at work. I got home and took him to the train only to get back and find that the display on my laptop did not fill the entire screen. I did manage somehow to get it to fill the screen however the lettering and everything else is fuzzy and not as defined as before............any ideas? Link to comment

You need to tell us what operating system it's using. Link to comment
hellmutt
After searching around I found some adjustments in the control panel for resolution....seems to work tonite; I will find out when I restart if the setting stays. Link to comment
Natche
Try right clicking your desktop screen and selecting properties. Select the settings tab and make sure you resolution is set properly. See image. Ignore my resolution setting - I have my lap top connected to a 22" monitor. Your resolution will probably be 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 800 depending on your screen size. I may also be a problem with the multiple monitors setting. If monitor 2 is selected try changing it back to 1. If that doesn't work you may have a driver problem. Link to comment
hellmutt
Thanks Natche, The screen resolution is what I adjusted and it appears to have worked............... Note to self: take laptop to work when my son is in town. Link to comment
