Tank bag suggestions

I have a 2004 R1150RT and would like a tankbag. Here are my hopes:

 

small

corona mount or some mount without straps

internal electrical connection

Check out the SW-Motech tank bag systems at twistedthrottle.com. You can find exactly what you are looking for. I have the tank bag on my R1200GS and it works as advertised. I did some purchases at twisted throttle with always good results.

Both look great. How do each route power to the bag and mount?

Whatever bag you get make sure that a normal map fits without excessive folding.....if you are going to use it for maps.

There was a thread about not getting any service from Big Mac. The bags have a excellent reputation but he seems to be in limbo.

I was not aware of that, I have had mine for 7 years, it has worked well but I haven't kept up with him since. Maybe that is why most of what I saw in his web site is dated 2010.

I hope that is not the case. I was talking and emailing back and forth with him last fall about a new bag for an old bike. Didn't pull the trigger then, but planned to very soon now.

I have the Marsee 20L on a Corona mount for my '04 RT. Love it except at full lock left turns, the horn sounds. Other than that, it's perfect.
