Dundee387
Hey Guys, Looking for some help, half way through a ABS fluid change. I'm having trouble understanding where to insert the wooden shims on the rear brake. There is no gap, that I can see, to insert a shim? This is where I'm stuck. Have the JVB DVD.. http://gallery.me.com/angelo.stavrides#gallery 2006 RT Servos. Any help would be much appreciated.. Thanks. Link to comment
Boffin
The shims go between the brake pads - you need to remove the caliper to shim them out. Andy Link to comment
johnlt
Once you remove the calipers, they go where the disc was. You shim the pads out as far as possible to "empty" the fluid reservoir in the caliper assembly. Link to comment
