I was removing the right side mirror from my 1996 R1100RS and forgot that most right side mirrors are left hand thread. So I muscled what I thought was corrosion or locktite. Now I have a threadless hole in my Master Cylinder assembly. I'm thinking that my best option will be a left hand thread HeliCoil insert. Any suggestions on where I can find left hand thread metric HeliCoil? Any alternative suggestions? Even as I post, that seems like a dangerous question... Link to comment
