This is the coldest I’ve ever seen here in Tucson. I also think it broke some long standing records. Currently 13 degrees with 25 mph wind so -5 windchill!!! High today in the low 30s. Expect the same weather tonight and tomorrow then warming up to the high 60s by the weekend. I know I lost all my citrus and several other less hardy plants. At least there is no precipitation and extremely low humidity (10%). Our Thursday bicycle ride has been cancelled so I guess it’s a good time to start on my taxes

 Hey John,

We feel your pain, as we are also freezing our arses off here in the Hill Country .

We haven't got above freezing for 2 days now and tonight we go down to 12 again. And, Whoopeee!, our forecast high tomorrow is 41F, a positive bloody heat wave LOL!

Oh! And we haven't seen the sun in 2 days  !

Remarkably it do get cold in the desert. Christmas of '90-'91, I forget, came from Ft. Worth and Tucson had snow all over the hill sides. I was amazed that Canada came that far south to visit. I didn't get warm until I reached Palm Springs.

Cold Sucks. It was 27 Degrees yesterday morn and 32 this morn at 0630. This is sunny So Cal for gosh sakes! Wah!!
