Windshield that works better

I bought a California Scientific Windshield for my R1200RT about 18 months ago. As I'm 6' 3" I really appreciate a taller one than stock.The turbulence is gone on my helmet and it's quiet. Recently I bought a new Russell seat which is lower than before due to the width of the seat. When I called California Scientific I was amazed to be told that if I paid for the freight to them,they would cheerfully recut the windshield and even pay the freight back to me! Wow. I have to say this is real customer service!
