Doing 35 mph in the garage!!!

So went to the track for a track day on Fathers day had some good runs but Man was it hot I have a 2005 R1200 ST and it sat in the heat while the other groups were running.. Fast forward good day and a 100 mile run home after turning off the interstate the Speedo reads 95 mph while i am slowing down to the light once I stopped it was reading 35 mph and it read out between 75-100 all the way to the garage, speed limit is 55, about 18 miles.Once I got home and it sat for 3 hours it reads 0 WITHOUT starting it up. So did I cook the electronics (it is a 100 degrees in Albuquerque) so the track was smoking . Any thoughts. Thanks all
