RodB Posted June 8, 2010 Share Posted June 8, 2010 Ok, I'm getting ready to update/upgrade my cooking stove. I'm interested in the induction cooking ranges. I'm pretty well sold on a Samsung hybrid range which has 2 conventional radiant burners & 2 induction burners. Before I make the purchase, I just want to ask anybody who has experience with induction burners if there's anything I should know besides the obvious need for ferrous cookware. Link to comment
Mister Tee Posted June 8, 2010 Share Posted June 8, 2010 Make sure that the cookware you intend to use with them will actually work. Some induction ranges (particularly the cheaper ones) will only work with a very limited range of cookware size and weight. Link to comment
