How do I bleed the brakes and servo on my 2008 1200 GS

Can anyone provide the instrustions or a WEB link, I have the proceedure for the earlier models, but this ABS unit does not appear to have any bleed nipples.

I don't think the late 2007 bikes have servo, any information or advice welcome.
