MSmith
While doing my pre-season spring cleaning bike check, I discovered a round black .50cent sized cover lodged between the right side throttle body and the engine frame. It was the Telelever cover cap. I replaced it and checked the other side. No cover cap. I’ m not sure it was ever there. Can some take a look at their bike and let me know if there is a cover cap on both sides? It’s at the pivot point toward the rear of the wishbone (control arm) of the telelever. Thanks, Mike Link to comment
HandyAndy
Yes, both sides should have the caps. That being said they tend to fall out, I had them replaced under warrenty several times. Each time it went in for service one was always missing! The last pair I glued in with a bit of black silicone seal. Haven't had a problem since. Andy. Link to comment
lawnchairboy
I never bothered to replace them. Link to comment
Ken H.
After about the third one I gave up too. Although once I did find one lodged behind the TB. Of course that was while putting on the new one I had just bought. Lost that one eventually too. Link to comment

MSmith
Hi, I found the photo on the internet. It's a Hexhead engine used in a airplane. Here is the link. Some cool pics, scroll down the page a bit. http://www.homebuiltairplanes.com/forums...cle-engine.html Link to comment
